Connected Study 39 — Tavar Zawacki

Connected Study 39 is an original acrylic painting by Tavar Zawacki from the Connected series, featuring yellow, ochre, burgundy, red, and orange movement. This work was originally created as part of a larger connected composition with Connected Study 38, then separated into an individual painting.

Tavar’s process captures the tension between control and flow: paint pulled in a single, fluid gesture across canvas, creating a surface where energy, pressure, and color settle into form.

While Connected Study 39 stands as a complete work on its own, it pairs especially well with Connected Study 38. Together, the two paintings reveal the larger movement from which they were originally created, allowing the color, rhythm, and linear structure to continue from one work into the next.
